The person I spoke to yesterday didn’t seem to know anything about the chargers when I asked her if I would be liable. She said she would have to send a message to the support team. im assuming it would be the £650 that we would be liable for since they presumably got the govt grant for it

I was the same with my current lease. It’s due to end in mid October but I’m handing it back early as I would need to renew my insurance, get a major service and mot so to keep it for the extra couple of months it would cost me an extra £1500. So fingers crossed it comes before end of year!

vanarama are just a broker so not sure they would know. Vanarama use various finance companies, mine is hitachi capital. Not sure if hc are just a finance company or have lease vehicles so dealer may not know although the vanarama ones appear to be going one dealer that doesn’t have an MG...

are vanarama the registered keeper? I though they were just a broker. I would have thought in your case Novuna were the owner and keeper. my outgoing lease was brokered by nationwide vehicle solutions but the owner and keeper were lex vehicle leasing.
