To update the thread from earlier, my car was successfully serviced at the second attempt yesterday afternoon. They even changed the batteries for the keyfobs.

Prior to the service I had put some electrical tape on the cap and reservoir of the brake fluid. This tape was untouched meaning the cap had not been opened. I also took out the 'new' pollen filter. It was filthy. This was the 2nd service.

Been in here twice to look at the MG5. Both times nobody approached to ask if they could help. First time one gentleman shouted over "the cars are locked - covid" from his desk. Didn't feel like a welcoming experience which is a pity at they are only 2 miles from my house.
