32a charging
'32a charging' typically refers to an electric vehicle (EV) charging setup where the current supplied to the vehicle is 32 amperes (A). This is a common level for home and public AC (alternating current) charging points, often associated with a single-phase 230V supply, providing around 7.4 kilowatts (kW) of charging power. It allows faster charging compared to lower amperage chargers (like 16A), though still slower than DC fast charging.
I noticed Tesla do this charger for £180 and also offer an adapter for £40 that lets it charge at 32a, has anyone tried with or even just used this charger as is?
