In systems engineering and computer science, it is typically used to determine the causes of symptoms, mitigations, and solutions.

    Water coming from under car

    Can anyone enlighten me on where this water is coming from? I was sat in the car for 30 minutes with AC on at lunch and got out to see a stream of water coming from the car.
