    Surprising behaviour

    Today we went to visit friends at 2pm and I must have forgotten to lock the car. When we came out just before six the car was still on - and because it had become dark all the lights were on. It doesn't seem to have caused a problem with the 12V battery, but I'm surprised that it didn't time out...
