Once controlled by simple dashboards knobs and dials, ICE systems can include steering wheel audio controls, handsfree voice control, touch-sensitive preset buttons, and even touch screens on higher-end units. Latest models of In-car entertainment systems are coming equipped with rear-view cameras along with side cameras for better safety.
I bought an Ottocast Express Play2video Ultra. It seemed to have good reviews.
I got it to connect and update but it seemed to be very slow and lagged when operating. I could not get it to display the normal CarPlay items.
