power management

Power management is a feature of some electrical appliances, especially copiers, computers, computer CPUs, computer GPUs and computer peripherals such as monitors and printers, that turns off the power or switches the system to a low-power state when inactive. In computing this is known as PC power management and is built around a standard called ACPI which superseded
APM. All recent computers have ACPI support.

    System powers up after shutdown

    Mornin' Folks, I bought a 2023 MG4 SE standard a couple of weeks ago and in the main, I'm reasonably happy with it (1st EV I've had). When i shutdown the car from the screen menu it powers down OK (radio stays on) but when i open the driver's door and start to get out the system powers up...
