pre-facelift
The term **'pre-facelift'** is commonly used to describe a product, most often an automobile, in the version it had before a significant update or "facelift." In the automotive industry, a facelift refers to a mid-cycle refresh or redesign that changes aspects such as the exterior styling, interior features, or technology of a model without creating a completely new generation. Therefore, "pre-facelift" indicates the earlier version of the model before these updates were made.
In general usage, "pre-facelift" can also simply mean the condition or appearance of something before undergoing a facelift (cosmetic procedure or design refresh).
