radar sensor
Radar engineering is the design of technical aspects pertaining to the components of a radar and their ability to detect the return energy from moving scatterers — determining an object's position or obstruction in the environment. This includes field of view in terms of solid angle and maximum unambiguous range and velocity, as well as angular, range and velocity resolution. Radar sensors are classified by application, architecture, radar mode, platform, and propagation window.
Applications of radar include adaptive cruise control, autonomous landing guidance, radar altimeter, air traffic management, early-warning radar, fire-control radar, forward warning collision sensing, ground penetrating radar, surveillance, and weather forecasting.
Hit a bloody pheasant couple of days ago and ever since I've had lots of notifications telling me features are off.... it's to do with my front radar. I've connected it to a fault finding device and it shows... Front Detection Radar Misaligned....
How do I get this back on properly.... does it...
I was driving into low sun when a warning briefly came up that Forward Collision Warning and Active Braking were unavailable.
Just when they are most needed!
I'm surprised that they are wholly visual spectrum and don't also use radar.
Hi Everyone
Great forum BTW and have been reading through a lot of stuff over the last few days
My story is simple really, I bought a 2023 MG4 which had had a slight bump at the front
With a view to repairing it, I have done this type of project in the past, and wasn't overly concerned
NO...
Evening all, hoping you can help me.
1) where is the coolant pump relay located?
2) does anyone have a part number or have a part of the loom that plugs onto the radar at the front please
Thankyou all for your help
