vgate icar pro

Vgate iCar Pro is a compact OBD2 (On-Board Diagnostics) scanner made by the company Vgate. It plugs into a vehicle’s OBD2 port and connects via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to a smartphone, tablet, or computer. The device reads diagnostic trouble codes, monitors engine performance data, and allows users to reset check engine lights through compatible apps.

    Car scanner and obd2

    Car scanner has the mgs5 profile and seems to show plenty of info including battery soh. Using a new Vgate iCar pro OBD2 dongle. Far easier setup than the MG5 was a few years ago. I'm off out to pretend to be Bjorn Nyland now..
