A lug nut or wheel nut is a fastener, specifically a nut, used to secure a wheel on a vehicle. Typically, lug nuts are found on automobiles, trucks (lorries), and other large vehicles using rubber tires.
Just to double-check but the pre facelift MG5 didn't ever come with locking wheel nuts as standard, did it?
I don't recall ever seeing a locking wheel nut key/thing, and I got the car as a pre-reg a couple of years back, so I presume unless the dealer added them it won't have them.

Hi just picked up my hybrid + yesterday and noticed no locking wheel nuts never not had a car new without locking nuts on the plus side I can confirm that mine has come with reach and rake stering wheel
This is a used set of locking wheel nuts just removed from my new MG3, less than a week old.
They obviously fit the MG3 Hybrid, but probably fit many others, they are M14 x 1.5 with a 17mm nut to accommodate the plastic nut cover to match the standard bolts.
£10 including postage to any UK...
I thought I'd done well, 16 months in and no wheel or tyre damage. Then I kerbed the front nearside. Fortunately have alloy wheel cover. The repairer's instructions state that the "locking wheel nut key" must be available.
Can't find one, anywhere with the car. Not referred to in the Owners...
Does anybody know if the MG3 Hybrid comes with locking wheel nuts/bolts, I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere, which suggests that it may not have them?
