Hi everyone,
I own an MG Marvel R that was imported from China, and I'm currently located in Jordan.

I'm facing a problem with the Internet Car login screen on the infotainment system. The car displays the following message:

"QR code problem – Please click to refresh"

The QR code does not load at all, and I can't proceed to log in.

There's account was logged in. But I clicked logout. And it's locked

As i see from your picture, i think your Marvel have the very old infotainment system or it is the (Roewe Marvel X or Rising Marvel R, the very first production Marvel cars) ?!

Hello,
Your car is not an MG, it is Rising Marvel R (it even must have another steering wheel design). Is it badged with MG logos ??

Anyway; all MGs Marvel R infotainment system software update can only made by visiting MG dealers, i have had updated my Marvel in the last month by an MG dealer and it was free charge.

I do not know if your cars sotware version can be updated by MG.

If you have MG or Roewe dealers in your country, ask them.

And for the login problem, look for a (Restore to factory settings) in the infotainment system, it must reset and erase any login history.
