Arnold Clarke? Got my MG4 from them in Salford at the end of September complete with ”multiple faults” according to their diagnostics.
I discovered them in the first week of ownership and duly reported to them.
Long story short, the car is actually at the point where it’s been in their possession longer than it’s been in mine. Allegedly awaiting advice from their technical team. They’ve still got it now with their service staff steadfastly refusing to contact me with an update. Not happy with their performance at all.
What I’m wondering is, do I have to have these faults addressed by Arnold Clarke or would another MG dealership undertake the job?
The reason I ask is, I’ve seen numerous other members on here with similar software related issues to mine who have had them remedied in relatively short order and been quite happy.
