It's great to have a new MG dealership in the South West. My first dealing with them was a bit tentative on my part as I doubt they have had much to do with ZS EV at this stage having only recently taken on the brand, but they do also have Hyundai and may have experienced other EVs and PHEVs. Anyway, the 1 Yr service was up and I was keen to do that locally if I could, so I contacted them and they assured me their staff had the required training and equipment. The service went well and they updated the software, which should have been done pre-delivery in April '21, and attended to all the other items. All within the fixed price ($171). There was some minor confusion or miscommunication re the impact of the software update and battery SoH report, and I expect they will get more confident with these EVs as they sell and service more of them. Overall a very positive experience and a professional approach, so happy to welcome and recommend Callaghan MG Warrnambool.
