Went here today for my 2nd year service, I purchased from Waylands in Oxford and had my 1st service from Waylands, Eden Swindon service dept absolutely fantastic did all updates including the Tesla charger update plus others (5 hours worth) in the service price of £165 kept me informed/updated all the way through, basically treated me how I expected to be treated unlike the service dept previously used. 5* service from Edens Swindon

Just had my Cyberster’s first service here.

Opinions were mixed.

On the plus side, it was a large garage and service department so there was somewhere to wait with tea and coffee around and the advisors were quick to engage and helpful. I got a video of the car up on the ramp as part of its visual inspection.

On the down side, they tried to upsell me an aircon refresh (on a car less than a year old) when booking in the service, they assured me (5 times) a software update would be done as part of the service (it wasn’t done) and they don’t supply a courtesy car or lift so you need to wait.

Cost was 20% more expensive to service than I’ve seen at other dealers but not outrageously higher than I’ve seen elsewhere too.
