Gen 2 XSev sat nav frozen

any other experience with this?
the arrow locating the car does not move when drive off
when the car is started the map show is accurate, and after a journey the map restarts in the correct location but the arrow is still frozen

There's loads of threads on this. Turn off dead reckoning in sat nav settings and reboot infotainment system by holding the home button down for about 10 seconds. it should work after this
