IM Voice Assistant

I have test driven a IM6 and a IM5 and in both of them the voice assistant seemed very shy. In the IM6 she did not respond for the first half of a 45 min drive and in the IM5 she never responded over 2 20 min drives. A sales person was with me on both drives and neither of us could get a successful response. What has others’ experience been?
 
Did not notice an issue in both test drives.
At one point when the kids where asking for the window to be lowered it got confused and lowered mine but wife's BYD has done the same...
I am noticing that both my Tesla and the BYD have an issue with accents.
Being Greek in origin I have no issue. Had a couple of scouse colleagues trying it and blimey :P
