IM6 App Pairing

Hi,

Has anyone had issues with app pairing for the IM6? Every time I attempt it I always get binding failed and it goes into an email. The vehicle was activated just fine but just can't seem to pair it.

Please don't take my advice for granted but judging from my wife's BYD it may be a similar process.
She had to wait for a week for the dealer to match the VIN with the email so the app can recognise the car.
Give your dealer a call to see if this is the case.
