Sensible comments although I understood it does no harm if your battery is charged to 100%, the 80% optimum is a fallacy. (This is only what I saw on another video, I have no technical knowledge on this).

The batteries do need to be (slow) charged to 100% some of the time to balance the cells for optimum performance
