Hi everyone,
Does anyone have a global MG customer-service email address? Here in Costa Rica, our local dealer says they can’t activate i-SMART—even though it was promised at purchase—because the MG distributor in Mexico is “not willing to help them update the cars.” That just makes no sense at all.
Understandably, owners here are frustrated and want to escalate the issue. I’ve found [email protected], but I’m not sure whether that address is only for Australia.
