Is it only us that throttle back a rapid for the last 10/15% ?

It will partly depend on how fast your car can charge. Each type and model is different.
I did recently leave MG5 Facelift on a rapid charger and it did go to 90% still holding quite a fast charge rate. Sadly i do not remember the numbers.
