MG pilot shortcut button

Is it possible to assign MG pilot to the star buttons on the steering wheel. So I can jump in car shortcut to my pilot presets.

Yes, it's in the settings menus somewhere. I think it's the car settings, if you touch the car icon at the bottom and scroll through there is an option to change what each button does.

I don’t think the shortcut buttons on the steering wheel can be set up to select your own personal MG Pilot settings.
They tend to be utilised for selecting Regen strength and climate control etc.
You have to swipe down on the head unit screen and press the MG Pilot button and then confirm your requirements.
You are in fact tuning off some of the NCAP safety features by doing this.

Yes, sorry I misread. I don't think you can set it to do that, you have to swipe down every time.

Are you talking about the MGS5 (which is where you have posted this) or the MG5 (which you say you own)?
