I am leasing my MG4 Trophy from this outfit. I have had it for seven months. Twice during this period I have received a "nasty" letter telling me that I had incurred charges because I had defaulted on payment. It seems that they are unable to understand why their Direct Debit system doesn't work and, moreover, seem not to understand what the DD Guarantee means. In these circumstances I would be wary of using them.
