MG3 Hybrid satnav

Anyone having trouble with sound on satnav announcements.We set ours with volume etc that works.
Next time we use it no sound , this has happened a few times .Anyone had the same and is there any cure ?

Could try reseting system by pressing and holding the physical home button for about 20 seconds..it will switch off then come back on..
