Rhino Boot Liners, although they haven't got it on their website yet, do have the measurements for the MGS5 to manufacture a boot liner that goes up to the front seats. It comes with a flap to protect the lip of the boot so muddy dog's feet don't scratch the paintwork. They are made to order near Leicester.
I had one for my MG4 and it kept the inside clean despite my two greyhounds best efforts and I've just ordered one for my MGS5. I will post some pictures when it arrives.
