Music not unmuting

Not sure if it is only related to playing music from phone, but have noticed that when music is muted for various things, navigation, warnings etc, it does not always unmute and the only way I have found to get the original volume back is to stop playback and restart. Is this another known little shortcoming?

The MG voice greeting will do this to me sometimes. I press the voice button to activate it and then again to disable it and my music volume returns.
