I am in New Zealand and have a 77kWh 2024 MG4
Whenever the external ambient temperature is measured as 24 deg C or more, it is only possible to get any heat if you set the control to 'high', and then it's unregulated very hot air
So could you please try this for me when the outside temperature is around 25>
Set control to highest temperature before 'high'
Switch to auto and after a settling period see if the air coming in at feet level is hot, indicating correct operation or cold, indicating you have the same fault
(2 different service agents and MG New Zealand have all failed to fix it, and I suspect a type defect)
Please post the result and where you are as I suspect it may be a NZ/Australia spec issue
