Hi all I have recently picked up my new MG Hybird+ and would like to get a space saver wheel does anyone know what the PCD is on these wheels? I have contacted a number of suppliers but they said because it was a new model they did not know. I will carry this in the boot, you never know when you may get a puncture. Has anyone purchased a space saver wheel?

I’m thinking that due to the fact that the 12 V battery lives in the boot and the main battery is also underneath that area I don’t think that a space saver wheel will fit in it but of course I could be wrong.

No you are right the only way to store it is in the boot area not under.

I had one on my p/ex ZS and took it with me when I bought the ZS Hybrid, hoping to put it in the Hybrid. I have mentioned this before, and it is one of my gripes about this model. There is the cut out for a spare wheel, but as has been mentioned, it is taken up by the 12 volt battery. Really annoying. There are space savers, including the jack and accessories, for sale on Ebay, but they are quite expensive. Every time I get the opportunity to speak to a ZS owner, I try and offload the space saver. I won`t be lugging it around in the boot.

So i have been informed as you get the full AA cover with your new hybrid the AA do carry spare wheels as they are getting so many call outs, if they carry spare for our vehicles i am not sure.
