Mine charged most of the afternoon from around 2pm onwards on IOG. Charge completed at 19:46

Presumably the time after 3 pm will be at the normal off-peak rate. I'm not sure this is worth any effort. Unless you have a car and a charger that will take a lot more than 7 kw, the best you can do is get 50p worth of electricity free, or a 50p credit in your account.
