OVMS Zombie Mode? How to override

I've just installed OVMS module to remote monitor my MG ZS. Trying to work out how to override zombie mode which is talked about in the user documentation to get round the problem of the App not updating when the car is plugged in and locked prior to starting charge.

Can anyone help?
