Passenger side mirror doesn’t fold on lock (brand new car)

You need to contact the dealer ASAP and inform them. Hopefully it a quick fix. Another one that the PDI missed?

You could try disabling/enabling the function from the dashboard settings.
Bit of a long shot but worth a go.

Mirror adjuster switch in the central position and push down.

I have the same issue which annoyingly is also intermittent. It can affect one (either the passenger or the driver) or both mirrors. This happens either by remote lock or pressing the button on the door handle. The mirrors will always fold in if the button on the dash is pressed down. Dealer will look at next service (next week).

Snap, I had to take it back to the dealer, they adjusted the clutch on the mirror motor, not an issue now works every time now.
