Excellent! From my initial enquiry to finally getting my MG5 everything was well-organised and efficiently managed. The salesman was helpful and friendly, but not pushy, so I never felt hassled. The paperwork was managed efficiently and the whole process was smooth until the last 3 days. There was a problem in getting the car registered due to a computer glitch somewhere in MG/DVLA land (not the dealership), but I was kept informed and lent a ZS to cover the 3 days it took to be resolved. My car was delivered to my door this afternoon. I am very happy with the dealership, and heartily recommend anyone on the Isle of Wight to use them.
