Was having a rummage around the internet and found some info on SAICs plans for the global market over the next few years which they are calling "Glocal 3.0" and they announced at the Shanghai Motor Show in April. Interesting highlights are:
17 new models to be released in the next 3 years
Mass production of solid state batteries by 2027 with energy density of 400Wh/kg (MG4 Lithium battery is currently 165Wh/kg)
New manufacturing bases in Thailand, Indonesia, India and Pakistan
SAIC also announced tweaks to the Cyberster for 2026 and changes to phone integration in future cars
