Vertical line in touchscreen

My wife's car has 2 vertical lines down the right hand side of the touchscreen, has any body had this, is there a fix or back to the dealer for a warranty repair?

If you get chance could you post a picture of these lines, its not something I've read about ob here before.

Back to the dealer is the best bet.

Try rebooting the unit by pressing the home button for a number of seconds, not sure how long exactly sorry.
