2 hrs till
the pressure build
-up with the
water heating popped
a pipe. Now
the water heater
has to come
out yet again

You can take two paracetamol every 4 hours as well as ibuprofen in between. My dentist has an emergency out of hours number but if yours hasn't call 111 and they'll arrange an emergency appointment.
