Hi Clive. That is the manual I was talking about on the other thread. It’s available on the MG website. Agreed it is some 350 pages, but it does have a search function. However the manual lacks, in that it makes finding out how to use, some of the many features, the car has.
The adage, “ a picture paints a thousand words” is relevant. There are pictures, but the wording often doesn’t relate to them. It’s as if the translator didn’t understand the original, and therefore just translated it word for word. What it requires is for an informed person to proof read it.

Yes . It's often important to use the right terminology and not only have they got it wrong, there's no instructions - how to tune the radio, is there even an equaliser where l can up the bass? things like when to best use which modes and how to overcome hill climbing problems where you may need to pack a picnic if you're climbing a long range, etc. Instead of the tyre repair kit - they could have included a picnic basket and some alcohol free wine cups etc...
