I still have the same problem. I am currently trying to get the bloody thing to charge yet again

Finally got car back yesterday. They have replaced the unit that locks the charging cable in place and all is now good. They have no idea why it stopped working and are just putting it down to a faulty component

I have tried both locked and unlocked. I have tried plugging the ends in in different orders. There is no buzz to lock the charger in place. No response from the car at all. Even on pay to charge points. I am taking it back tomorrow.
