They also can’t revert it back to the SE model software. When I try to install R40 via USB, I can’t do that either.

Hello, I have an MG4 Standard SE. The service previously converted my car’s software to the Lux package version. Now, I can’t install the Standard SE software anymore. I want to load R40, but the USB is not being recognized. Is there anyone who can help with this?
