Thanks for that, I bound the car using an iPhone at work but that the information on the app was still stuck at 16/1 so its almost like the car isn't transmitting any information rather than the app not working.. but who knows
Thank you for the link to the other thread, that's exactly the problem I'm having so I'll try bind using another device if I can find one.
Mine's an SE and logging in didn't make any difference unfortunately.
I'll try figure all that out, thank you.
Bizarrely the QR reader on my phone reads the code on the car but doesn't take it any further presumably because the app needs the pin code so it's just weird that the iSmart app reader won't do it!!
Until I can sort it I'll just have to go out in a...
Thanks for the reply, yes id double checked the permissions as I thought that too and everything is allowed on on the app, again thanks for the suggestion.
Thanks for the replies.
I unbound the car this morning but now can't rebind it. I follow the instructions to rebind it on the app and car I get to the QR code scan part but the app won't complete the scan, it stops scanning about a 3rd of the way down the screen then turns off so would appear to...
My iSmart app has stopped working on my Google Pixel phone for some reason - anyone else having any problems?
It's not updated since 16th January, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged out and logged in several times all to no avail.
I don't want to unbind the car (it might not work...
Just had my 73 reg SE in for its first 15k service after having it for 9 months. Asked for an update to R33, told them Bluetooth drops out but it barely has and they did it at no charge, although the service cost £114 for what they said was basically a walk round ticking boxes as there isn't...
I ended up with a cracked windscreen last week on my SE, had the car since mid January so was gutted. We contacted the insurance and they said they'd sort out a new one and from calling them to getting it fitted was 9 days. It came from MG with all the camera and mirror fitting applied so all...
We had a thread about this over the weekend, another member thought exactly the same as you. A wrap is definitely the best and cheaper option.
When I get a chance at work I'm going to wrap the roof on my black SE SR in silver (might even do the wing mirrors as well) might be a while but I'll...
Sadly we don't do PPF but it's a good product, we tend not to work on cars as as a business as we specialise in other things but a couple of us do cars and vans ourselves so if you want something drop me a line
It's more high value cars that seem to have it done, we do a lot of work for a big football club near to us and so many of the players have wraps on their G-Wagons and Lambo's (we don't wrap them) which is mainly for vanity purposes but once they've done with them they'll probably be stripped...
