Was short lived, seems to be acting up again. Saw it happen in real time today; power got to s, surplus, it went to start, charge delayed then said charge complete (it's actually about 70%). I'll do as advised and let them change the hardware but the timing right after the service is suspicious.

Contacted myenergi and they suggested replacing the zappi to eliminate a hardware fault. Was going to do so but it seems to have started working again. I'm going to keep an eye on it. How are you getting on?

Actually, I replied too soon! Just happened again claiming charge complete when only 70 odd percent. I'll try the other suggestions around zappi settings and let you know. I think it only happens on eco+ where the sun goes away for a while and instead of restarting when it comes back it just...

I have sorted it thanks, not sure whether just coincidence but it did seem to start working fine again after I updated the zappi firmware to the most recent version. I'm happy with both so hope you also enjoy your new purchases.

Thanks, I have tried with public chargers which seem fine. It was fine prior to service though with eco+, my guess is that it now doesn't like charging starting and stopping for some reason after the update?
