It depends on a few things. But clear the data on recent trips. If the cells is balanced, recently i did a longer trip and did a few rapid charges and gave me more miles than normally i have even when i cleared the recent trips.

Doesn't really matter if there is , as there is other parts that is touching snow, I can have up to 20cm in average of snow under the bonnet touching the other parts.
