Got my XPower on the 29th of August

Just be aware the XPower will charge up to just under 7kW (does not have an 11kW or 22kW mode). So for most home chargers it will not need a separate phase to the rest of your standard home requirements.

Batteries : MG4 SE SR versus Trophy LR

I guess if you do this, then the spoiler on a Berlingo is a tea tray

    MG4 X Power Vibe/Hum 65 to 75mph

Another example from Hyundai/Kia, we know we have sold you a car that anyone can steal in 30s without a key but if you want that fixed you will have to pay.

    Nissan messing with the market

Yes MG did the same thing and we have seen Tesla pull similar stunts, but this destroys confidence in the market and if still in a cool off period it would make me cancel a deal and start again. Looks like Ford have also jumped on the band wagon, knocking £1,248 (24 x £52) off of this lease...

    Charger suggestion

I use the Telsa chargers at a garden centre in Harrogate post code is HG3 1EW, handy as they have an on site cafe

    Nissan messing with the market

I know Nissan are not the only or first manufacturer to do this kind of thing but it must really mess with the market. All those leases and credit agreements that will be impacted when £9,000 is taken off the RRP of a car. Not to mention disgruntled customers...

    Unusual first experience

Just imagining a computer with a Brummie accent communicating with a computer with a Chinese accent, "owl right"

    Bought one

Ohme Pro has a few nice security features if you are worried some random person will park on your drive for 4 hours  Disable buttons on device Approve every session (time the charger is plugged in) Only charge when your tariff is cheap

    Over the sea to Skye

If you use the bridge from Kyle of Lochalsh it is a pretty scary approach angle as you drive into the clouds

You know you are old when.....

it's when the staff are a similar age to your grandchildren (and you are explaining menu items to them) you know you are old.

    Spiders! 😱🤪

My drivers door wing mirror has one who has set up home there. New set of webs attaching the wing mirror to the door every time I get in the car, don't want to pressure wash in case it fries the electrics

    Battery balancing

I have noticed balancing behaviour at 80%, but not all cells will try to charge to full capacity at this level. So the only way to balance all cells is to set the level to 100% as all cells will try to reach the max charge state.

iSmart app range and operational time.

I find the operational time is around 24 hours unless you have the car hooked up to a charger and it has to keep awake to communicate with that. After that the car goes into deep sleep mode to save the 12v battery. To wake things up you just need to unlock and lock the car from the physical key...

    Occasionally won't switch modes

For me when you cycle through ECO and it reduces the HVAC performance that is always a pain. It would be good to have each mode reset everything rather than leave certain things where they were for a different mode.
