You have to work out if it is the car or the charger with the issue. You could contact GivEnergy and see if the charger is logging any faults and if you know anyone else with an EV see if that will charge on your charger. Can you do a non scheduled charge with your car?

Make sure they have done all of the software updates and the car is on the MG database so the warranty and breakdown cover is valid.
