Ask the dealer if you can turn on the screens of any other models(of the same spec) they have on their forecourt) this will show them something is not right and needs fixing (unless of course all the other models have the same display layout)
Only had it once at a faulty charger that kept taking pre payments and not charging the car. In the end it was a random combination of locking/unlocking and using the stop charging button in the car that allowed it to release (might also have been the charger doing something)
