Condenser is in the front, behind the big fan. I bought one from eBay recently. The evaporator I can't find online anywhere. To replace the evaporator, you have to remove the whole dashboard - like everything to the bare bones - 2 days job and most likely they won't put everything back...

My fuses all good. There are like 3 related under the hood, "Automatic Temp Control" under the glove box.

Hi. I just checked fuses in my MG ZS EV 2022 - all good but wondering what spare fuses is worth carrying around and what fuses are these actually? Are these micro blade, JCASE (short), and high current ones? Any assortment boxes out there? Thanks!

Thanks. I will have the pressure checked- the easiest thing to do. Although it was checked just a few days before the AC died so either the leak is big or the compressor died. Was interested if the computer would show anything.

It started with A/C barely cooling and noisier under the hood , but now the A/C won't turn on at all - no cold air, and the A/C compressor is silent. Where I am, it's always faster to pre-diagnose issues by oneself. My questions: 1. Would hooking up the computer show the reason for the failure...

I started having this issue just before my A/C failed. Previously, I've been using ozone generator to get rid of smells.

Seems the condenser is clogged. Not to mention no one has R1234yf on the island, why would they since R134a is universal 💩

I've got similar issue in my 2022 ZS EV. It's not as noisy as on the above video. AC wasn't cooling, it was topped up, no leak, now cooling but not nearly as good and the compressor noisier than before.

I live on a Caribbean island. I'm sure I'll get better diagnosis here lol. I called a dealer and they gave me number to the AC guy they use... The AC guy said the system had to be cleaned, said no leaks and topped up the refrigerant. After driving it a bit, it is cooling but not nearly as good...

Hi. Need a quick diagnosis from the forum to see what could be the issue- A/C is barely cooling and it's much noisier under the hood. I'm wondering whether it's just the refrigerant or more serious issue. Thanks!
