A/C barely cooling and noisier under the hood

Hi.

Need a quick diagnosis from the forum to see what could be the issue- A/C is barely cooling and it's much noisier under the hood.

I'm wondering whether it's just the refrigerant or more serious issue.

If it is noisier than usual and hardly working it seems likely that something has gone wrong. Visit the dealer.

I live on a Caribbean island. I'm sure I'll get better diagnosis here lol. I called a dealer and they gave me number to the AC guy they use...

The AC guy said the system had to be cleaned, said no leaks and topped up the refrigerant. After driving it a bit, it is cooling but not nearly as good as before.

Driver's side air vent does not get any cool air, unlike the other vents...

It's usually 30C outside here, we put the AC at 25C. Now it doesn't matter if I get it much lower.

Compressor is slightly noisier, but the same as before top up.

Seems the condenser is clogged.

Not to mention no one has R1234yf on the island, why would they since R134a is universal
