I opted for 7 metre tethered and I am really pleased with it. It wraps nicely around the charger. Also less need to keep pushing a plug in and out of the socket. The 7 metres reaches car either end of my car port. MG5 front socket.

I have the same issue.

Outside temperature never works. Inside temperature is intermittent.

Same here,I have tried all day. Logged in ok, but timing out every time.

Mine is now called Marvel R too once logged in. But no connection to car, it just times out. I hope there’s a fix soon. App is not working with my car after updating this morning. I hope there is a fix coming. I have tried deleting and installing the new app.

Updated this morning too. Logged into the app, but it’s not getting the info from the car. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, signed in ok, but still no connection.

I have old EON smart meters, must be 10 years old at least. I contacted British Gas and once I gave them the numbers they were able to connect instantly. I am now on British Gas EV tariff and it’s working well. I am using it with my newly installed Hive Charger.

Same here it’s in Km now. Not discovered how to change it back yet.

I noticed the option to heat batteries while driving. Apart from the obvious, it heats batteries! What are the real world uses for this please?

My car doesn’t have a USB C there. Only in the rear. In the front there are two USB A slots, one for the infotainment system and the other just a charge slot. That’s on the facelift MG5 Trophy.

I would like to know this too please.

I had the same issue on my EV5. Bought it this week. I purchased a new iPhone cable and it’s fine now.
