Hopefully there is a useful update and not just a fix for the service dept. We need a one button turn off for the nanny software at least.

I just put it down to it grabbing the lowest gear and not feeling the need to change due to the weird software, then I nailed it yesterday to get away from some scrotes messing around, and it just revved it spuds off, and didn't change up and kept revving even after I'd backed off

I was talking to my service department boss yesterday. about this over-revving business, and he explained that the engine and gearbox are not always tied together as in a normal ICE engine, and that there is a coupling that disengages it, so when you nail it or are going up a steepish hill, all...

No built in charger??? It has 3 to my knowledge, two under the dash and one behind the mirror for a dash cam which we use for that purpose. I don't know of any car that has a charger per se, just USB A sockets that the provides 5amps needed to charge a phone.

None of it has been that good Stasko. The salesperson told so many lies about the car when we looked at it, they even registered it on the last day of the month, so we had to pay one month's road tax for the day we picked it up. After-sales treatment is awful, and after-sales service is even...

We did see one MG In a Super U carpark this afternoon.

We've been touring France for six weeks and not seen a single MG of any model, let alone the MG3 Hybrid, and the same in Belgium Luxembourg, Switzerland and Spain

No, just a trip around the block really it felt okay, to be fair it's not awful to drive just not £20k+ value.

Ours was a 2016 Fiesta diesel, a much better car we realise now, much better MPG, this POS won't get more than 45MPG no matter how we drive it, and I'd not trust it to overtake either.

Our steering wheel controls all.packed up yesterday, nothing worked, so I did a full system reset this has happened about 6 times now. POS.
