I haven't managed to connect to my car for the last 2 weeks despite using it everyday. Is there a way to force the connection on the car to reset?

I spoke to the dealer and it's a 3 week wait until the car can be seen. The panel shows the battery at 12.1V so should I just disconnect and reconnect the battery. Is there any risk there? Edit: Disconnected the battery and waited 5 mins before reconnecting and the esim issue remains...

It was on for the whole drive. I'm not best pleased considering I bought the car only 2 weeks ago.

Could the yellow exclamation mark be related to that or is it do with the cruise control?

It had been working fine and there's been no change to where I park the car so it seemed strange that it's not working now.

Mine is showing as last updated 23 April, despite trying to l refresh the app multiple times today. Is anyone else encountering issues?
