2023 ZS SR here, If I press the brake enough to enter the "green P" mode, the power consumed is 0%, however, if I do not do that it may go around 1-3% because of course the car is still trying to move forward, I think that this is the expected behaviour.

The charging speed may depend on many variables, for example, what was the temperature at your location? Did you pre-heat the battery? Have you tried already with other chargers?
