The charging speed may depend on many variables, for example, what was the temperature at your location? Did you pre-heat the battery? Have you tried already with other chargers?

This is strange, as you said that you have locked the car, it should automatically cut energy power for the USB ports. And if any light was on/or any doors were open, it should have warned you with a honk the moment that you locked the car. Although I wish that I never have to deal with this...

Yes! At least in Spain, the sunroof is included in the Trophy/Luxury trim.
