It can potentially ruin the battery as you shouldn't let your battery go under 20%.

The MG4 has a battery management system (BMS). The BMS helps ensure the battery performs well and lasts a long time. I've never done the balance but will do when the car tells me.

Has anybody scratched the plastic at the front of the car while parking? Unfortunately the pavement was higher than usual and I think MG should add an alarm just like the rear parking system. Can I suggest this to the company? How?
